In 1966, Chevrolet made big changes to the Chevy II models design.
The front fenders hooded over the headlights with a horizontal
aluminum grille dividing the headlights. Taillights were set in
squared fenders. This redesign increased sales and popularity. The
Nova was the top design model and with the engine upgrade, it
became a well sought after muscle car. Today the Chevy Nova SS
remains a very popular muscle car that many collectors desire. This
