81 Chrysler Imperial, fresh rebuilt 318, stock compression and bore, iron heads Edelbrock intake, Street Demon carb, 284/484 MP purple cam. Full dual exhaust with factory manifolds. Working a/c, 727 lock up trans. 15x7 Mirada wheels with new tires. Has every standard feature you could imagine, plus optional 'Moon Roof'. New Kenwood head unit with bluetooth and XM capabilities, Rockford Fosgate speakers in stock locations. Pearl white with maroon leather interior.
Drivetrain does not leak, and neither does anything else--moonroof,doors,trunk, etc. Freshly serviced cooling system and engine oil, very clean trans fluid, tires just balanced. Body in nice shape and not showing evidence of previous abuse or crashes. Slight bubbling under the paint in the passengers rear wheelwell area, but no rust anywhere else on or under the car. Nice tint job on the windows and in good condition. Everything seems to work correctly: Moon roof, a/c, cruise control, electric choke, headlight doors and all lights, electric seats and windows, trunk release. Passenger lock solenoid is dead.
This is a very nice driving car that has no road or wind noise. Very nice stereo with hands free phone, very clean interior but the passengers seat could use some creative stitching. Exhaust has a very nice sound outside the car, but you cant hear it inside. Original 'Snowflake' alloy wheels and caps available (very good condition and have excellent older set of tires). Jack, tire tool and space saver spare intact. Factory front and rear sway bars, and new QA-1 shocks on back. Front brakes have been serviced recently.
This is not your typical perfect garage queen Imperial, but it could be confused as one. You generally see these in 100% perfect undisturbed condition with all the original fuel injection intact. This car shows 127000 miles on the odometer and there is no way to tell if that's accurate. All the fuel injection system is long gone and has been for years. Does show signs of being re-painted professionally in the past. This car needs nothing to be put into service immediately, or driven occasionally.
