1983 Buick Riviera finished in White paint with convertible top.
Paint does show some chips in paint and missing hood ornament.
Powered by the 5.0L V8 that is paired with an automatic
transmission. Nicely equipped with power steering, power brakes,
and A/C. A/C was not blowing cold. This car will need an amount of
TLC to bring this car to the next level. Clean Carfax, no accidents
indicated as well as confirming miles at 97,000. This car has been
driven and running on our frontage road and parking lot, but if you
were to take this car on longer trips; this will need to be looked
over before doing so. Please note that the consignor has elected to
sell this car as is and priced accordingly. Things we have noticed
include: antenna is bent, drivers seat is off, drivers power seat
switch not working, drivers inside door handle not working all the
time, window switches also touchy. Rear bumper chrome is starting
to peel and has been touched up with silver paint. Service
department notes are as follows: very little brakes (needs master
cylinder or brake booster), window switches, hood struts are shot,
inside drivers door handle. Filler panels have been replaced on the
front and rear of the car. Red leather bucket seat interior with
center console and auto on the column. Switch array on the door
card is not properly seated, see pictures. Seats show wear as well
as not sitting correctly. Radio kind of works and readout seems to
be malfunctioning, static comes through often. Wipers and fuel
gauge are working correctly. White convertible top goes all the way
up under its own power, the fabric is very tight. Glass rear window
and tear on the passengers side, handle on drivers side to latch
may need to be looked at. To reiterate, this car is being sold as
is by the consignor plus make sure to give this car once over
before going on long trips.
