This classic 1978 MGB will put a smile on your face. In many ways,
this model remains true to the iconic 1962 version that replaced
the MGA - lightweight, responsive and sporty. However, over the
years it has become quite a bit more refined. This MGB roadster
received a nice restoration in 2014. The exterior was refinished in
MG Sunkist Orange and factory MGB steel wheels mount nice radials.
The convertible top, top frame and tonneau boot are all in good
condition as is the chrome luggage rack. The refreshed interior is
in good nick with nice seats, dash, 'walnut' wheel, carpeting and
door cards. A Clarion multi-speaker AM/FM/CD sound system provides
your sounds. The 1.8L OHV B-series SOHC 4-cylinder has the popular
Weber 2-barrel downdraught carburetor conversion. Factory output
was 85bhp and 100lb/ft of torque, more than enough to move this
roadster smoothly down the road. It is backed by a 4-speed manual
transmission that shifts smoothly through all four synchronized
gears. Power-assisted disc/drum brakes w/11" front discs and dual
master cylinders provide stopping power and a new fuel tank has
been installed. This sharp MGB is looking for a new driver - why
not you? ALL VEHICLES SOLD "AS IS".
