For sale: 1964 Ford Mustang
I have owned the 64 1/2 for 39 years. At the time the vehicle did not run, so was hauled to Oregon in a truck. It was kept in a garage until 2014 when it was completely restored. The care was completely sandblasted, interior and exterior and painted back to the original color. Since the restoration was done it has been in a capsule. The car has been taken out and ran once a month since restored. The car comes with the capsule that has a charger hooked to the battery so, if the power goes out the capsule stays inflated. The interior was completely restored with parts from Sacramento Mustang. I do have all the bills for parts on the complete restoration. It has the original engine 170 1V116 which shows that it is a 1964 1/2 because the 1965 did not have this engine. It is the original transmission and rear-end. The car was built in San Jose, California, purchased in Phoenix, Arizona and I purchased it in Tucson, Arizona as the third owner. It has the original hubcaps, also.
