Vehicle Description
This 1957 Chevrolet 150 Sedan Delivery takes the iconic style we
all love and then adds in all the right investments. It makes for a
full restomod with a leather interior, cool/custom paint,
four-wheel disc brakes, a six-speed auto transmission, and a
terrific LS2 V8 under the hood.
A true Sedan Delivery has an instant distinction. After all, you
get the two-door style similar to a Nomad, but with the sleeker
look of the wraparound side panels. And there were less than 7,300
of these made. So when we think of how rare the iconic '57 Bel Air
convertibles are, the sedan delivery is nearly six times rarer! And
those who know how special they are also take extra time to invest
in a terrific custom like this. The bright red paint is an instant
attention-grabber. And the custom color graphics running down the
side have a terrific custom fade. And we especially love the bright
blue on this panel wagon's hallmark steel sides. It makes for the
ideal place to feature your company's logo (or maybe a fictitious
one you make up for fun.) After all, this is the kind of car you're
going to enjoy driving everywhere with that iconic '57 Chevy's
front end shining so brightly, and the tailfins jetting out from
the rear. The whole package is done to be bright, that's why you
have upgrades like the crystal-clear headlight and 15-inch Torq
Thrust wheels that add to both the polish and driver-ready
nature.
The interior is a well-done package that gives you a ton of
upgrades while still retaining the right vintage style. It starts
with some nice-looking two-tone leather bucket seats. Not only do
you have these for the front, but the rear has individual comfort,
too. You even have a custom center console that extends to both
rows. This tasteful gray and black sets the tone for the carpeting,
headliner, and custom side panels for a thoughtful total style.
There are nice comfort features like a retro-style AM/FM digital
tuner w/cassette, tinted windows, cup holders, and provisions for
R134a air conditioning (it will need servicing to blow cold again.)
The steel dash retains the classic Chevy steel look, but now with a
full AutoMeter backlit gauge upgrade. And the steering wheel is a
vintage Impala-style unit that's now on a tilt column. Since the
interior has the feeling of both custom and practical, it's a good
time to point out all that storage room in the back that's perfect
for showcasing something special or even just storing all your
tailgating gear.
The engine bay is where this one reveals its full upgraded nature.
This classic Chevy is now packed with a 6.0-liter LS2 V8. The
fuel-injected powerhouse has been further upgraded with everything
you want - from a Griffin aluminum radiator to Hooker long tube
headers feeding the dual exhaust. So you have modern Corvette power
that was built to run. In fact, you also have the six-speed
automatic transmission that has the right ratios for everything
from power driving to overdrive cruising. And as you look
underneath, you not only see a clean presentation, but also some
terrific upgrades. This includes rack & pinion power steering,
caltracs bars, and four-wheel power disc brakes.
This rare sedan delivery with full fuel-injected restomod upgrade
is the ultimate '57 Chevy up for grabs. Don't miss your chance,
