Vehicle Description
This 1969 Chevrolet C10 has an upgraded suspension, awesome stance,
and solid small block power to have the right Prostreet
quarter-mile king attitude. It's part of a full package pickup that
you just know was made to hit the blacktop.
This truck is a well-assembled total package. Its body panels are
straight and the gaps are even, which allows for the doors to shut
and open with confidence. There was a solid investment in the
brightwork so it's shining on everything from the mirror-like
chrome bumper to the full-length trim. But those are just
fundamentals, the truck has also been upgraded. The red paint is a
more modern application, and it's a great choice for a speedy
classic. So there's a nice gloss that loves to add definition to
the vintage lines. And speaking of speedy attitude, we know your
eyes immediately were drawn to those extra-wide rear tires tucked
into the tubbed rear. The lowered stance and custom rear roll pan
are all part of the sleeker and powerful look of this pickup.
The interior has been given the right additions for both comfort
and performance. It starts with a custom front bench seat that has
a nice two-tone style. The door panels were even done to match,
too. Newer carpeting, thick floor mats, and a smooth dash have a
good feeling in the fundamentals. There are also provisions for air
conditioning, but it will need serving and/or components to fully
function again. Plus, there are the right driver's truck upgrades,
like a sports steering wheel, a tilt column, and an auxiliary gauge
trio mounted under the dash.
The engine bay has a really cool/mean style where the black on the
inner fenders goes with the block, valve covers, air grabber, and
intake for a dark heart style. The red Chevrolet lettering even
matches the firewall for an extra dose of style. But while the
motor is quite attractive to look at, it's even more fun to run.
This 350 cubic-inch small block is upgraded with a Holley
four-barrel carburetor, an Edelbrock intake, and headers feeding
into a dual exhaust and Flowmaster mufflers. It has the right
supporting components that you want, too, like a serpentine belt
system, aluminum brackets, a newer master cylinder, and an aluminum
radiator. As you look underneath the truck, you'll see the rear end
was built for prostreet duty with a Dana 44 rear axle, a ladder bar
rear suspension w/diagonal link, and adjustable QA1 coilovers. And
those extra-wide Mickey Thompson Sportsman tires deliver power to
the pavement. There's also a three-speed automatic transmission,
power steering, newer front bushings, and power brakes with front
discs for an overall solid driving package.
This truck really delivers power and poise. So you know you need to
hurry on this deal. Call now!
