Vehicle Description
1965 DODGE CORONET 440 CLEAN SOUTHERN CAR! If you appreciate a
clean and well cared for car then this one's for you! The exterior
on this Coronet appears to be original sheet metal, no rust or
accidents. It's straight down both sides, all panels are flush and
square. The doors shut nicely. The paint is nice and glossy, it is
a clear coat and shows very well. Honestly some of the trim has
some patina. The front and rear bumpers have been re-chromed. The
tail lights appear to have been re-chromed. The door handles look
to have been replaced. The front grill is in good shape. I rides on
a set of 15x7 American Torque Thrust wheels with new 215/75/R15
radial tires. The engine compartment is nicely detailed with its
freshly rebuilt 340 cubic inch motor. All the components look
proper and clean. The firewall is clean. It has a Chrysler washer
bottle and squirters. It has a correct Mopar radiator, the original
fender tag and an upgraded dual master cylinder. There is no sign
of rust or damage at all! The engine bay is nicely painted and
shows well. The interior is exceptional for its age. From the
carpet to the headliner is in good condition. The dash is clean and
all the factory gauges work. It also has a three pod aftermarket
gauges under the dash. The front and rear upholstery is in good
condition. The dash pad is in great shape, no cracks. The chrome
knobs are nice. The armrests and window cranks are in good shape.
All the courtesy lights and dome lights work. The undercarriage is
rock solid. The floors and frame rails, inner and outer rockers all
look to be solid. The bottom of the motor and the transmission are
clean, not greasy. There is a strong 727 Torque Flight
transmission. It also has a mini high output starter. There are
newer shocks up front and air shocks in the rear. It has a 3:55
sure grip rear end. The trunk is perfectly clean metal. It has a
spare tire with jack assembly, factory trunk mat, jacking
instructions decal and newer weather stripping. This is one fine
example of a well cared for piece of American history. This
beautiful Coronet runs, drives and stops great and shows well too!!
