Here's a sharp 390-powered 1967 Ford Mustang GTA 2+2 Fastback
rarin' to go from the MAXmotive Pittsburgh Showroom. This is a
well-cared-for example that has been with the same owner since
1989. At that time it was treated to a repaint in black over its
clean, original sheet metal. The engine and transmission were
rebuilt shortly after, but it has only been driven about 2000 miles
since. The high-performance 390ci V8 has the correct 4-barrel while
PerTronix electronic ignition handles the spark. An automatic
transmission with the famous Mustang floor shifter makes driving
easy and fun. The interior is gold with bucket seats and a
full-length center console. More elegance comes in the form of that
handsome wood rim 3-spoke Mustang steering wheel. A wheel upgrade
features 15-inch Shelby alloy wheels and the appropriate white
letter Goodyear Eagle ST radials with a spare. The dashboard
features a functional clock that was expertly rebuilt. Flaming
River steering adds precision to the handling, with help from newer
rear springs. Other extras include fog lamps, a remote
passenger-side mirror, a Ford 8-track player, and a Ford-installed
power antenna. Original parts, such as the AM radio, steering
wheel, steering box, and wheel covers are included with the car.
Also included is the 1967 Mustang owner's manual and receipts for
the parts and service applied to the car by its previous caretaker.
This is a solid 1967 Ford Mustang GTA Fastback big-block with a
smart mix of original features and upgrades. See detailed photos at
