that is one to behold. It is finished in white, with a red
interior, riding on 15'' Weld Racing rims with new M/T DOT tires.
When you see this car, it is hard to distinguish it from the
original, and it is street legal. It has the correct fiberglass
hood, front fenders, trunk lid, and front and rear bumpers. Under
the hood is a Ford Powered High Riser 427 with a 950 CFM Holley
4bbl carb, the correct Ford high riser heads and intake, and 2
1/2'' custom headers. This new engine has been dyno'ed. The chassis
is set up with rack & pinion steering, a coil-over front and rear
shock four-link suspension w/ ladder bar, full subframe, and
Wilwood disc brakes front and rear. Power grabs the pavement with a
TCI C6 transmission with the assistance of a Hurst Line Lock
shifter, TCI 2500 stall torque converter, aluminum driveshaft, and
a Ford 9'' rear end with 35 spline axles, 4:56 gears with locker.
Inside, you will see a full certified roll cage with swivel bars, 2
Ford Econoline bucket seats, and a racing tach. Also included are a
rear-mounted battery and a fuel cell. This Fairlane is an excellent
example of a tribute to the famous Thunderbolts that will bring all
