A first-year 1967 Chevrolet Camaro is always going to have plenty
of attraction. But when you have a cool paint theme, performance
components on the V8, and cool upgrades - including the RS front
end - it really makes for an even more desirable coupe.
Madeira Maroon is the factory-correct color, and we really like its
style here. It has the good shine of a well-done respray later in
life. And the darker tone goes well with the black pieces. The
vinyl top, nose stripe, and RS hidden headlight front are some of
the most distinctive pieces from this era, and they all coordinate
nicely in black. This also has some more great sporty upgrades,
like the cowl hood, D80 rear spoiler, and 15-inch Rally wheels with
extra meaty rear tires for a nice stance. The fundamentals like the
bright chrome bumpers, good body gaps, and nicely aligning doors
all come together for an attractive exterior style.
The black accents of the exterior get you ready for the full black
interior. The seats, door panels, and headliner all look good.
There are desirable classic details, like the center console with
floor shifter. These are joined by some gone cruiser upgrades. The
AM/FM/CD means you have upgraded driving music, and the
flame-kissed custom steering wheel adds the right touch of
attitude.
The dark engine bay funnels your attention to the bright and bold
look of the 305 cubic-inch V8. These engines love upgrades and
tuning, and so part of the fun of ownership can include dialing in
your ideal mixture. And this one already comes with some nice
performance upgrades like an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor,
Holley Contender intake manifold, Scott Performance plug wires, and
long tube performance headers. So you'll love the sound this
enhanced V8 makes when the dual exhaust barks at fire-up. Because
this is built to be a good all-around drive, you also have a
three-speed automatic transmission, power steering, and upgraded
drilled & slotted rotors for the front disc brakes.
This is the first-year Camaro that really understands how to add
some sleekness and power into an iconic package. That's why you're
going to love it. Call now!
