The engine has been professionally rebuilt, with less than 200 miles on the new engine. Paperwork for the rebuild attached The body is in good shape, no rust in the wheel wells, the battery compartment or the spare tire compartment. See photos. Brakes reworked, master and slave cylinders replaced, drums turned and shoes replaced. Tires in good condition, Ignition and wires replaced. We have done little with the interior. Carpets need to be replaced, seats are worn. The sun roof leaks and will need some repair. The hot-cold selection tab is stuck.
There are three repairs I will be doing in the near future. The differential clunks a bit when shifting, though no gear whine. The emergency brake linkage is missing a part. I have it, and will be installing when I have the car on a lift to look at the differential. In the last test drive, the prospective buyer went a bit Rambo and dislodged one of the wheel well covers. I will be fixing that as well. Depending on the cost of these repairs, I will add to the asking price.
