Car History
We have a 1955 Buick Century here at Adventure Classics that is a
true Survivor, with only one repaint, 41300 actual miles on the
Title, with the original drivetrain, and was a Santa Rosa,
California Black Plate Car.
Engine & Drivetrain
If you love an original engine sitting in an original engine
compartment, then you'll love the one we have in our 55!
It is the classic factory original 322 cubic inch Nail Head Buick
V8 Engine painted the correct shade of green as well as the intake
and valve covers, has the big black air cleaner and air grabber,
Delco-Remy generator, power steering and power brakes, factory cast
iron exhaust manifolds, correct new dual exhaust, and the original
engine bay with all correct engine components.
The 3 speed automatic Dynaflow transmission gives you proper
control while keeping the vintage Buick feel.. Buicks are known for
a smooth comfortable ride and ours has that with the classic wide
White Wall Tires with Spinner Hubcaps.
Interior
The interior looks like a Buick time capsule with its original
green/dark green patterned split bench front seat and rear bench
seat, matching green door panels and carpet, updated 8 Track
Player, Factory Clock & Heater, green Buick Crest steering wheel,
and a dash with machined panels and elegant dials.
Exterior
Our Buick really looks sharp with the fresh newer paint in a pale
Yellow and White combo that is so easy on the eyes.
The paint is set off by all the chrome, Buick's famous portholes on
each front fender, intricate grille, great chrome bumpers, trim,
the iconic hood ornament, white roof, and the wraparound glass on
both front and rear.

All in all, this 1955 Buick Century we have here at Adventure
Classics is a major find of a period correct historic Buick.. When
you drive it and you will feel the 50's style and class. you will
be the envy at any car show or cruise you go to!
