Vehicle Description
Collectible Motor Car of Atlanta is proud to offer this 1955
Chevrolet Bel Air Hardtop. The Bel Air was produced from 1950 to
1975. In 1955, the Bel Air received new, revamped styling from the
previous year models and arguably became some of the most
recognized models ever produced. This Chevy Bel Air Hardtop
Resto-Mod is something rather special being picked from a private
collection from a renowned Georgia collector. We will start with
the stunning deep Teal Blue Metallic paint. Absolutely gorgeous! It
also includes a smoothed one-piece front bumper, custom taillight
lens with raised Bowties, and custom third brake light replacing
the original trunk emblem. The contrasting custom Tan leather
interior is top-notch, borrowing the front buckets from a Cadillac
Escalade. The matching hand-stitched leather and custom woodgrain
dash and coordinating leather wrapped Impala-style steering wheel
creates a dynamic blend of modern-meets-nostalgia. No detail is
untouched as the custom trunk is finished to match the interior.
Classic Instrument gauges, Tilt Steering, Lokar Pedals, Pioneer
Audio, Cruise Control, Power Windows, and Air Conditioning complete
a full custom environment within the interior.
Now for the performance- under the hood lies a "Street and
Performance" built 5.7 LS6 V8 with a polished Weiand Lingenfelter
intake backed by a 4L60E 4-Speed Automatic transmission. The Bel
Air sits on a custom chassis with Corvette suspension, rear
differential, and 4-wheel disc brakes. The Bel Air stands proud on
Boyd Coddington wheels giving it a spectacular stance. This is a
high-end build on a very desirable car from a prestigious
collection. Do not miss this rare opportunity to own one of the
best. Inquire today.
