Vehicle Description
2016 Porsche 911 (991.1) Carrera GTS PDK Coupe: An Impeccably
balanced chassis with handling that bounces on perfectionism and
impressively inspires a level of confidence that's almost
sorcery-like in base form is already incredible but when 'GTS' is
placed on its chest, its capability catapults it into a realm where
peerless performance is attained and the intensity of excitement
elevates. With the GTS, you're granted notable features such as a
wider rear end coupled with RWD, a configuration that was once
reserved for the GT3 and GT2; 30 additional horsepower over the
Carrera S; the Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM), lowers
the suspension by 10mm or 0.4-inches; a Sport Exhaust System, when
activated via button, the pure menacing motorsport-esque sound
comes alive; Sport Chrono Package, aids in heightening the GTS'
feedback; SportDesign exterior mirrors; Black headlight housings as
provided by the Porsche Dynamic Light System (PDLS). Finished in
the achingly stunning dynamic red hue of Carmine Red, an absolutely
stunning shade that dazzles beneath the sun and when isn't has this
subtle intensity that's very intriguing, over a sensual Black
Leather and Alcantara upholstered cabin and showcased on 20-inch
911 Turbo S center-lock wheels in black, this utterly lovely
final-year example displays an odometer reading of a low 7,XXX
miles from new, exhibits a Clean CARFAX Report, and benefits from a
recent and complete servicing rendered by our in-house Porsche Tech
with 30 years of expertise (servicing specifics are available).

the 991.1 GTS to the last of the 911 993s, particularly the final
years of the 993, 1997, and 1998 (just like how the 993 Carrera S
was introduced during the 2nd to the last year of production of the
993-series, so was the GTS in the 991.1-series, as the model years
coincide with the final years of the 991.1-series, 2015 and 2016).
When the Carrera S' 1997 model year was released, it was championed
for featuring enthralling standard-issue performance equipment,
offered in a naturally-aspirated package as it boasted coveted
desirables such as a widebody (the 991.1 also features a widebody
along with the standard-issue coveted performance equipment), and
an uprated braking and suspension system, which made the S models
very desirable. We all know that after production of the 993
ceased, then came along the water-cooled 996, which ushered in a
new era for the 911. During this era, from 1999 to 2016, the 911
remained naturally-aspirated aside from the Turbos and the GT2s,
and with the introduction of the 991.2 991 and now 992 911, the
GT3, and GT3 RS are the only remaining non-turbocharged 911s, allow
that to sink in. Upon viewing this GTS Coupe, your presence is
welcomed by its sensuous Carmine Red finish (a shade that was made
available for the first time on the 991 GTS during the model's
prior introductory model year) that receives even more aesthetic
stimulation by the GTS' signature black accenting and the clear
taillights; the assertive and lift reducing SportDesign front
bumper; door located 'GTS' insignia in black; 20-inch 911 Turbo S
center-lock wheels in Satin Black (showcased in front of red brake
calipers with white 'Porsche' script); Bi-Xenon headlights with
black housings; the retro 911 harkening and GTS specific, all-black
rear air intake grille; non-illuminating, vent-like center strip
situated between the LED taillights with the clear housings aiding
in further accentuating the GTS' muscular rear width; the quad
exhaust outlets from the Sport exhaust system that boasts a black
finish and is surrounded by a panel finished in black.Just before
you enter the Black Leather and Alcantara adorned interior, you're
first met by black door sills with brushed-look aluminum inlays
featuring 'Carrera GTS' insignia in black, and when inside you can
expect an even more ergonomically adapted and sport natured cabin
featuring additional legroom than before; a Carrera GT-esque rising
center console; Alcantara, Carmine Red twin-stitching, lightweight
carbon trim, and aluminum/alloy/metallic-coated surfacing on select
areas with black carpeting furnishing the floors. The driver is
faced with a Alcantara-wrapped 3-spoke SportDesign steering wheel
featuring alloy gearshift paddles and displays that shows when
'Sport', 'Sport Plus' and 'Launch Control' modes have been switched
on; black instrumentation dials situated behind white needles with
the gauge to the right of the 'GTS' logo bearing Carmine Red RPM
gauge boasting a 4.6 - inch color display that relays navigation
info as well as other useful functions; a centrally located
dash-mounted SportChrono dial in black; 7-inch touchscreen
navigation display; the winsome PDK shifter that's in extremely
short reach from the steering wheel. Front occupants are embraced
by Adaptive Sport Seats featuring a plethora of memory settings for
the driver, an embroidered 'GTS' logo in Carmine Red on each
headrest and heating functionality for both occupants with the
seatbelts accented by Carmine Red borders and can expect in-cabin
audio playback via the optioned BOSE Surround Sound System
featuring 12-speakers. Performance: Equipped with the Sport Chrono
Package Plus in combination with the
"rapid-fire-gear-changes-without-zero-power-interruption" PDK
transmission, it not only allows for a reduction in the time that
it takes to go from 0-60 (the coupling of the duo allows for a time
of approximately 3.8 seconds) but the intensification of one's
heart-rate increases exponentially as you're granted the Sport Plus
button. When pressed, euphoric motorsport-channeled characteristics
never felt so tangible as it allows for racetrack-enhanced traits
such as Launch Control to be made available while the PDK system
experiences immensely decreased shift times and favorable shift
points for peak acceleration. Powering the rear-wheel-drive GTS is
a naturally-aspirated 3.8L DFI flat-six engine, delivering a
spirited 430 hp with 325 lb-ft of torque and results in a top speed
of around 189 mph. For more info on this super special and splendid
