This is a very clean survivor LeMans. Born and raised in
Alabama/Georgia until we grabbed it. Rust free, #s matching and
only 74,617 original miles. It has air, power steering and power
disc brakes.
EXTERIOR: The body is fantastic. Absolutely straight panels, they
fit square and flush. Clean and dry metal. It was repainted one
time in it's original Sundance orange, if you look closely it has
tiny metal flake. The paint shows really well when you walk up on
it. It's not a $15,000 show paint, it does have minor
imperfections. The roof is painted smooth and glossy white. There
is one chip below the window trim. It has the original chrome. The
bumpers are shiny and straight but have a few freckles. It still
has the original body side moldings. A new set of 17 inch polished
Torque Thrust ll wheels with performance tires really and some
sizzle.
INTERIOR: Inside the car is in excellent condition. The dash pad is
mint, no cracks. The instrument panel is in excellent shape, heater
control panel is nice. There are some cracks in the steering wheel.
The headliner is excellent, dome light works. The seat upholstery
looks new. The door panels are mint. The original carpet on the
floor is still in good shape. They did add a cassette stereo but
the original 8-track player is still mounted on the hump. The
owner's manuals are in the glove box.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Original numbers matching 350 motor runs
smooth. Features include factory air conditioning, power steering
and power brakes. Bone stock carb, manifolds, valve covers, etc.
The original air cleaner still has the heat riser tube.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Absolutely clean metal trunk floor. The quarters
are clean. It has one of the original rally ll wheels on an
original tire for the spare. It also has original jack
assembly.
UNDERSIDE: The metal under this car is as dry as a chalkboard.
There is no rot, no patches, it's never been cut or repaired. The
components appear to be mostly original. It has disc brakes in
front, e-brake cables are hooked up. The dual exhaust has the GTO
style splitter tips going through the valance. It has newer air
shocks in back. The bottom of the motor is not greasy, it's never
even been spray painted. It has it's original numbers match turbo
350 automatic. Original rear end with a cruising gear.
Good honest car. Great colors and features. Ready to enjoy!
