Vehicle Description
This 2012 Jeep Wrangler has been completely customized from the
ground up and modified into an extended wheelbase 6x6 pickup. The
build was commissioned by Atlanta Braves MLB player Andruw Jones.
Jones named the build "The Savage Bull" and used it to transport
teammates to and from games, spring training and special events.
Fully custom, this no-expense-spared professional build only
retains one stock component, the windshield. A key goal of the
build was driveability and ride quality, especially for highway
cruising. This unique, one-off build includes customizations such
as full-size custom rear doors, roof light pod designed to reduce
wind noise, custom center axle and a 200-pound custom aluminum
front grille. Power comes from a new HEMI 6.4-liter (392ci) V8
crate engine mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission. This 6x6
has a pass-through axle that allows both axles to propel the
vehicle. Beautifully finished in Mercedes-Benz Silver over a black
interior. Stopping power comes from Wilwood disc brakes. Other
features include Borla headers and dual gas tanks for longer trips.
The custom interior is trimmed in leather and has a
baseball-stitched theme throughout. It also features a custom dash,
four captain's chairs, extended rear doors and a stereo system with
Alpine head unit, 14 Focal speakers and Mosconi amps. The 8-foot
custom aluminum bed features an electric cover for ample storage.
This rig is also equipped with a push-button shift, rear camera
mirror and parking sensors. It rides on custom 22-inch wheels
wrapped in 37-inch Nitto Ridge Grappler tires. The sale includes a
jersey and baseball signed by Jones, who also signed the custom
build inside the tailgate. Build photos and build receipts are also
included in the sale. CARFAX shows manufacturer safety recall on
