Vehicle Description
The iconic classic style of this 1948 Ford Super Deluxe coupe gets
upgraded with plenty of hot rod flair. So enjoy the handsome paint,
custom/comfy air-conditioned interior, strong small block V8 power,
and all the other details that make this one extra special.
The paint has the right mix of style and sophistication. The dark
green with full-length tan stripe is a premium look that tells you
this was a thoughtful build. And there's a nice metallic element
that radiates off this finish that lets you know it's also done
with flair. And you can really tell this means to be a classic
street machine with all the custom details that you would have done
back in the day. Frenched headlights, frenched taillights, sport
mirrors, and deleted badging/trim are all pure vintage cool. And
there are some details that truly make the difference, like the
custom pinstriping around the headlights and trunk. Add in the full
brightwork package with gleaming bumpers, grille, and polished Torq
Thrust wheels and this is an attractive custom coupe.
The interior continues the green, tan, and pinstriping for a
thoughtful and uniform style inside and out. Even the courtesy
lights on the dash have a cool green glow. And while you'll love
the custom look, you'll also really appreciate the extra effort for
added comfort. It starts with seats that are borrowed from a later
Mustang. The front buckets have particularly nice bolstering, and
yours even power adjusts to the ideal position. There are plenty of
upgrades for a great comfortable cruise, like cold-blowing air
conditioning, an AM/FM/CD stereo, power windows, and a cup holder
center console. It's also made to be a better driver with the
custom sports steering wheel on a tilt column, and the upgraded
gauges with large Moon tach mean better info while still keeping
the classic style.
Under the hood is a well-built 350 cubic-inch V8. It has an
Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor, Edelbrock intake, Chevrolet valve
covers, and headers. Plus, the mild cam gives it a more powerful
nature and a terrific tune out of the dual exhaust. And because
this was built to be a cruiser, you have an upgraded Mustang
II-style independent front end. There's also a three-speed
automatic transmission, power steering, and power brakes with discs
up front to deliver an all-around enjoyable experience.
This is a true vintage coupe with all the best investments for a
cool cruiser you can enjoy right now. Don't miss your chance, call
