For Sale: 1964 Chevrolet El Camino in Mooresville, North Carolina

Vehicle Description

HIGHLIGHTS: Classic '60s El Camino! Graphite paint over custom gray and black leather interior! Fuel injected 350V8, 700R4 transmission, great high quality driver or weekend show car!

BODY OVERVIEW: The body on this El Camino is solid, clean, and super straight. As a whole, there appears to be a lot of original metal on this car including the floor pans which look great! As fresh as it looks, this car has been done for a little while and has reportedly had around 3,000 put on it since it was completed. The benefit of a restored car that has been this well kept is that while it still looks great, any bodywork/paint imperfections would have shown through by this point.

PAINT CONDITION OVERVIEW: The paint is a classy choice for any full-size GM of this era! The graphite paint is slick and smooth with a great glossy finish. While subtle, this color really showcases the crisp lines of this classic Elco!

INTERIOR CONDITION OVERVIEW: The interior is masterfully done and mildly custom, with comfortable leather bucket seats, a tasteful aftermarket steering wheel, subtle aftermarket gauges, and a classic B&M QuickSilver shifter. Plus, the center console/armrest is a nice touch! The interior is in great shape, and looks fantastic. It even has Vintage Air A/C and an Ididit tilt column!

MECHANICAL OVERVIEW: If you didn't like it already, when you pop the hood you sure will! A timeless choice for any big-bodied GM car, a 4-bolt main Chevy 350 sits under the hood. This 350 runs as good as it looks! A Holley Sniper EFI system has been installed, and this puppy fires right up! The gas tank was changed over to a Holley Sniper tank to accommodate an appropriate fuel pump as well. Headers and MagnaFlow mufflers ensure that classic muscle car rumble, and this El Camino is ready to cruise.

WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT THIS CAR: The tasteful custom upgrades, and the overall modern look of this timeless classic.

WHAT YOU MIGHT HATE ABOUT THIS CAR: This car was built to be driven, and driven it has been. If you're looking for a completely flawless trailer queen, you may not like this car.

DOES IT NEED ANYTHING? This car just needs a new home!

WHAT BUYER IS LOOKING FOR THIS CAR? Anyone looking for a well-built, head-turning cruiser perfect for fun weekend, daily driving, or cruise-ins!
