Vehicle Description
Pro-Touring, rust-free Camaro with fresh two-year build. Powered by
a GM Performance LS Hot Cam V8 engine with Edelbrock Pro Injection,
a CVF Racing front runner system, MSD coils and a Holley
low-profile oil pan. Power is routed to the pavement via a TREMEC
T56 Magnum 6-speed manual transmission with a hydraulic easy pedal
clutch, Moser 9-inch Truetrac differential with 3.71 gearing. The
custom one-off Camaro uses a Speedtech Performance front clip with
special tubular upper and lower control arms, as well as Viking
adjustable coilovers. The rear suspension uses a TCI torsion tube
with special stabilizer and coilovers. Stopping power is provided
by a set of Wilwood disc brakes with 13-inch rotors and 6-piston
calipers up front and 4-piston calipers in the rear. The rear
brakes also feature an internal e-brake, and steering comes
courtesy of a power rack & pinion setup. The rust-free body was
smoothed, and the metal finished using DTM primer/surfacer and PPG
Granite Gray with 10-percent extra fine pearl added. The body was
upgraded with Kindig-It Design flush-mount door handles, custom
steel Stinger hood and one-off billet grille. The undercarriage was
smoothed and painted to match the car's exterior color. Shaded gray
Dakota glass complements the flush-mount Pinkerton windshield and
rear window. The interior is one-off premium Wine-Red leather
comprised of six hides, and the cabin is covered in German
square-weave wool carpeting. Has a custom center console with
Infinity audio controller and viewing screen for engine
performance, navigation and internet capability. The interior also
features a set of Dakota Digital HDX gauges, Vintage Air Gen IV
climate control and Dynamat Extreme for sound and heat protection.
The Camaro's trunk was custom upholstered to match interior. The
Resto-Mod Camaro features a staggered stance and rides on Billet
Specialties Speedway wheels, 18x8-inch in the front wrapped in in
225x40 series Toyo Tires and 20x13-inch in the rear with 315x35
tires fitted into custom-mini tubs. The Camaro also features
American Auto custom wire harness with 23 circuits, as well as LED
lighting and custom sequential LED taillights.
