1985 Mercedes-Benz 380SL Convertible with both hard and soft tops
finished in black paint. Black bucket seat interior with automatic
on the floor and center console. Powered by the 3.8L V8 that is
paired with a 4-speed automatic transmission. Nicely equipped with
power brakes, and power steering. Chrome and brightwork in good
shape. Paint is black so it does show some spots where it was
touched up over the years. Seats do show some wear on the passenger
seat. Wind screen behind the seat when the top is down as well.
This car comes with an additional soft convertible top, hard top,
and car cover. There are some wear marks where the tops seal to the
car, see pictures. Previous owner states the odometer stopped
working after they reset the trip odometer, both stopped working.
ABS light is on, previous owner is selling as is. Odometer reads
129,700 miles. Tachometer and stereo functional as well! Dash does
have some cracking as well. Some recent servicework from the
previous owner states: timing chain, fuel pump and filter, new
springs, shocks, and radiator. Soft top does show its age, but
remember this car comes with an additional soft top to replace this
one. Hard top latches down and fits well, paint looks nice as well.
