For Sale: 1953 Cadillac Fleetwood in Cadillac, Michigan

1953 Cadillac Fleetwood 8 passenger Limo. There were only 1435 of these produced and I'm sure only a handful are remaining on the road today. It was completely restored back in 1970 with a color change from black to brown. The lacquer paint still looks good except for and area on the passenger side rear quarter (see pictures). The glass is remarkably nice and the trim is in excellent condition as well. The bumpers would have to be re-chromed to achieve a show quality appearance. The car runs and drives out nicely. The hydraulic window cylinders need to be repaired but the owner has new cylinders for it. The interior was refinished back to the original mohair fabric. The jump seats are still original and look like new. All the gauges and lights work as the should. It's really a very solid example of the quality and craftsmanship that went into the old Cadillac's back in the day.
