Cincy Classic Cars is proud to offer this very nice 1975 El Camino Conquista which is in great overall condition. This El Camino is loaded with factory ordered options including the upgraded 400 Engine, Air Conditioning, swivel bucket seats, Power window and power door locks, cruise control, automatic with floor console, remote side mirrors, power door locks, etc. This El Camino features a nice re paint in green and white two tone paint, a stock bucket seat interior, and the upgraded factory 400 engine. This El Camino is finished in the beautiful and desirable color combinations of green and white two tone paint over tan vinyl interior. The original order sheet comes with the car.
Exterior
The green and white exterior is in nice restored condition. This El Camino was repainted in two tone Conquista green and white paint scheme and looks good. The paint is in good overall condition and has a nice shine, good gloss, and is smooth to the touch. All trim and emblems are in place and look good on the truck. There are some patches on the underside of this truck which is common for a 47 year old truck. Both bumpers are in good overall condition. There may be some minor imperfections that are not noticeable in the photos, but noting was intentionally excluded from the photos. The tires are like new with nearly full tread and are sized 275/60/15 in the back and 235/60/15 in the front. The rally wheels are in great overall shape and have no curb rash. The rear cargo compartment and spare tire storage area are both solid and clean and the original spare tire is still in place. The rear tail gate works properly and the bed of this truck has a liner and is solid with no dings or dents.
Interior
The Tan interior of this El Camino is in very nice stock condition. The seat covers are in great overall condition with no major wear, stains, or seam splits and are very comfortable. The carpet was replaced and looks great with no major stains, rips, or holes. The dash is in great condition with no cracks or fading and the gauges are crisp and clear. The original AM/FM stereo still works in this El Camino and thankfully the dash has not been cut for a modern stereo. The original door panels are in good condition and both door pulls are solid and in tact. The headliner is in like new condition with no sagging or rips or stains. All interior lights and gauges work as they should outside of the clock. The horn, stereo, wipers, power windows, and blower motor on all speeds all work. This El Camino has factory air conditioning and all components remain in place but currently the system does not blow cold air.
Mechanical
This El Camino is in great mechanical condition and the upgraded factory 400 engine runs awesome. The factory transmission was fully rebuilt in 5/2021 at a cost of $2174 and works like new. Flowmaster dual exhaust was added and sounds great at idle and cruising speeds. We have driven this El Camino several times and it drives well, it does not run hot, rides tight, and is a true joy to drive. There are no loud rattles or annoying noises. The brakes do not pull and stop as they should. Also, the engine is clean and nicely detailed as one can see from the photos. The engine is very stock in appearance which is a great plus for this old of a truck. New sway bar end links were added. A new gas tank was added as well. This El Camino has been loved and well cared for by its previous owners and the overall condition of the truck and the way it runs and drives validates that.
