HIGHLIGHTS: Largely original, low-mileage first year Monte Carlo
Aerocoupe! One of only 200 built for 1986! With just 77,000 miles,
this Monte Carlo has been well-preserved. While it has had very few
alterations made, they are all tasteful and easily reversible
should the next owner prefer the all-original look.
BODY OVERVIEW: The body on this Monte Carlo is in incredible
condition, as the mileage reflects it was driven sparingly. This
car shows well and the body reflects the treatment it has
received!
PAINT CONDITION OVERVIEW: GM vehicles of the 1980s and 1990s
weren't exactly known for long-lasting paint, however this Monte
Carlo looks incredible in what appears to be a well-done older
repaint. The paint still has a nice shine to it, and is a testament
to the care this car saw over the years.
INTERIOR CONDITION OVERVIEW: The interior is in excellent condition
and showing very minimal fading and wear. The red interior still
looks great and the only major modifications are an aftermarket
stereo that was installed and window tint.
MECHANICAL OVERVIEW: Under the hood, this car is clean and nearly
unmodified! A close look will show that an aftermarket air cleaner
nut has been installed. Beyond that, it is very original. It runs
great, sounds great, and drives as smooth as a G-body Monte
should!
Overall, the car is light on modifications. Excluding the tasteful
rally wheels and a very slight lowering kit, this car has been left
alone.
WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT THIS CAR: The interior originality (that
dark red really pops!) and overall condition of this well-preserved
vehicle.
WHAT YOU MIGHT HATE ABOUT THIS CAR: While we think the lowered
suspension and rally wheels look great on this thing, some folks
prefer the 100% factory stock look.
DOES IT NEED ANYTHING? This car is ready to rock! The only thing we
would do is put a more modern stereo in it, or revert back to an
original unit.
WHAT BUYER IS LOOKING FOR THIS CAR? Anyone looking for a lower
mileage, well-preserved G-body Monte Carlo SS Aerocoupe should
consider this one! Especially considering how rare the 1986 model

consignor(current owner) states this vehicle as such. Given how
easy it is to create a "clone" or "tribute", we cannot guarantee
the authenticity of any and all claims. Customer is encouraged to
verify this information on their own, prior to purchase.
We can assist you in delivery through our network of private and
commercial carriers most of which can deliver the vehicle to your
driveway. We assume no responsibility for damages or delays
incurred once a vehicle is in a shipper's custody.
Because we advertise each vehicle with so many third-party
affiliates, it is the customer's sole responsibility to verify the
accuracy of the price with the dealer. All advertised prices
exclude local, state, government fees and taxes and dealer
documentation fee. Pricing is subject to change without notice. A
dealer documentation fee of $250 will be added to the purchase
price at the time of sale.
Vehicle availability is not guaranteed and subject to prior sale.
Regardless what is agreed to verbally, we cannot guarantee a
vehicle will be held for a potential buyer without a non-refundable
deposit collected to hold the vehicle. Contact the dealership about
pricing to place a deposit on a vehicle.
Our preferred and most secure form of payment is a bank wire
transfer. We can accept checks, but note that any form of a check
will have a minimum hold of 10 business days. This includes
cashier's checks, certified checks, or bank checks of any kind. For
cash received in the amount of $10,000 or more, we will complete an
IRS Form 8300. We can not accept any credit card as payment or
partial payment for a vehicle under any circumstance.
