1969 Mercury Marquis Convertible finished in Light Aqua paint.
There was only 2,300 total produced! This car has had a repaint
along the way to the original color. Paint is in good shape, has
been touched up in some spots. This is a 2 OWNER vehicle! Powered
by the 429 V8 that is paired with a C6 automatic transmission.
Nicely equipped with power steering, power brakes, and A/C. A/C is
not blowing cold. Headlight doors are functional and complete the
look of this classic Mercury. White vinyl top with glass rear
window. Convertible top is power and the pump runs, but won't go
evenly and will need some assistance to help it along. Riding on
American Racing polished wheels as well. Drivers side power window
switch is broken, consignor elected to sell it as is. Rest of the
windows work, may need TLC to be running their best. Passenger rear
view mirror is missing glass. Rear brightwork shows some age and
signs of being worked on. Interior is original with white vinyl
bench seats, according to the second owner. Front seat does show
some wear, see pics. Radio and wipers are functional! Odometer
reads 65,671 miles, we cannot confirm that to be original. Recent
service work includes: carb rebuilt, master cylinder replaced, rear
wheel cylinders, shoes, and hardware.
