Certainly, one of the nicest, nut and bolt, restorations we have ever owned and over the top in quality and correctness. Looked at by a local Chevelle expert who pronounced it absolutely correct and stunning. This car is over the top.

Documented with an original sales invoice and a protectoplate this is a well-documented car as well as being completely correct. Equipped from the factory as an L79 (327 325 horsepower even though we all know it was the same engine as the corvette that made 350hp). Factory Air Conditioning, Positraction, HD Clutch, "suspension", and a Special 3-speed manual complete the options on the purchase order. Very cool. What was known back in the day as a "sleeper" or a "grocery getter".

I can talk about the work or you can look at the pictures and the answer to the question is the car is exactly as good as it looks. There's no such thing in my vocabulary as "perfect" but I have not seen many closer to that word in the 35 plus years I've been around the classic car business....

The paint finish (factory correct Sequoia Green) is STUNNING. The door gaps are better than GM ever built them. The sides are laser straight. The chrome is EXCELLENT. The interior is EXCELLENT. The Engine Compartment is EXCELLENT. The underside is EXCELLENT. Again, the restoration is amazing and the hours and dollars spent on this car must have been incredible.

If you are looking for an amazingly restored, rare L79 with Factory Air I don't believe you can do better. Please don't lump this car in with all the "almost" restored Chevelle's out there with aftermarket parts slapped onto a car that has had "B" work done all over it. If you have a desire to own one of the best then come see this one- I'll bet you won't be disappointed.

Drive it, show it, keep it in a bubble and polish it as a prized possession, the choice is yours once you make it yours.
