This 1970 Chevelle Super Sport LS6 received a professional, comprehensive frame-off restoration performed to exacting standards in 2015. Built in Van Nuys and first delivered to Alaska Sales & Service in Anchorage, this LS6 is one of 4,475 LS6s sold in 1970 and has 69,905 miles (mileage not indicated on the title). Power comes from its matching-numbers 454ci LS6 V8 engine boasting 450hp and 500 ft/lbs of torque. The engine makes 11.25:1 compression and has mechanical lifters, a special high-performance camshaft and an aluminum intake manifold. The engine is mated to a Turbo-Hydramatic 3-speed automatic transmission. Features include power steering, power brakes and a date-code-correct 4.10:1 CRW posi-traction rear differential.
