Factory 390hp 454ci Turbo-Jet V8. The LS5 engine has cast aluminum alloy intake manifold, chromed air cleaner and rocker covers and an extra-large oil pan. With the package the car has high-domed hood, heavy duty front springs, a larger diameter front stabilizer bar, heavy duty rear wheel spindle support arms, a rear suspension stabilizer bar, a larger capacity radiator, dual pulleys for the fan/water pump and a higher performance starter motor.
