Car was owned by Master ASE Mechanic and Body man. He restored this car about 25 years ago that had very little corrosion, they are all original body panels, original chrome and stainless top & windshield trim.The body panels and trim all have been meticulously installed with correct and true gaps, he was a master. The interior is all original and a solid 10, it has electric windows but door panels were not mollested, glass is all original and unscratched not positive on windshield. Has an aftermarket cruise control that is definitely vintage. Sherwood cassette am/fm housed in original console and coverings. deluxe Mustang floor mats that are in amazing shape. The seats are beautiful and original, you really wont believe the interior and its fit and finish. A/C blows cold and functions with ease on the cable controls. The top is still supple and bifold glass has defrost added. The engine was purchased from the ford dealer he worked at in 1971 Boss 351C as a crate engine. we do not have the original carb for the engine, or cam that was removed to make way for hydraulic lifters. The C4 was removed for C6 that installed currently. Lincoln Versailles 9" installed with disc brakes and parking brakes working. I don't recall the gear ratio but if it is important I am sure the tag is on it. The lincoln hydro boost was used for ease of drivability with the large cam installed. The wheels and tires were new 3-4 years ago and have 100 miles on them. Koni Shocks installed and factory larger sway bar. original deluxe driver adjustable mirrors. Comes with Ford Space saver spare tire and bottle. New fuel tank added a few years ago after ethanol did its trick, has return line and electric fuel pump installed. Marvin and Miller NO2 system from the mid 70's installed but not checked for operation after one bottle was depleted in the 80's . Dupont products used in the finish Imron 99 Black with epoxy primer below. Wet sanded and polished to a mirror. Paint has areas of scratches and one area that is thin from buffing. Trust me when I say this guy knew how to block and prep before paint, incredibly straight. Just needs the decklid repainted if you choose, it has what looks like solvent pop from a car cover that was on it and heat I presume. Tires are Front 235 40 17 Rear 285 40 17 Nitto NT 555. It has original spare and mini inflatable spare. Engine has around 35,000 miles on it.
