1946 Ford Super Deluxe Woody Wagon. Believed to be the only one
owner unrestored 46 woody in existence. You only get one shot at
owning a car such as this before it goes from one long term
collection to the next. Own a piece of Ford woody history. Exterior
is finished in the original maroon paint and original wood paneling
thats all in fabulous shape with no wood rot and solid metal. The
paint has a great patina to it and the hand painted swanson
florists graphics on the front doors tell the story of the car.
Interior is wrapped in brown vinyl bench seats with three rows of
seats for the whole family. The brown and chrome steering wheel has
been worn down over the years from driving so much that the brown
paint has worn down to the black underneath of it giving the
steering wheel a nice patina as well, boy if that wheel could talk.
Engine is powered by the original 239 CI flathead V8 with 67,352
miles paired to a 3 speed manual transmission. Purchased by Swanson
Florists or Gowrie IA. Has the original operating manual wit just a
few service receipts. Frankman Motor Company started in 1988 as a
small family business that has grown from an acreage with a
converted 2 stall garage as the office to the largest independent
used car dealership in a 5 state area with almost 50,000 vehicles
sold and over 50 employees.
