The Vivid Black exterior paint on the fenders and tank contrast well with the plentiful chrome throughout the bike. An additional $5k of chrome has been added to the bike according to the selling owner. Also featured on this example are white wall tires that complete the classic Harley look. This is a special edition 100 year anniversary motorcycle that commemorates the 100th anniversary of Harley Davidson which was founded in 1903. The name Softail is a registered trademark of Harley Davidson and refers to the hidden rear suspension. This design choice was made so that Softail bikes have the look of a classic rigid bike but with the comfort of a modern rear suspension.
