This 1972 Chevrolet Corvette has all the best classic pieces you
really want. After all, it's a numbers-matching car with a
two-owner history coming off of about 40 years under the same
caretaker. And yes, it's in a one-year-only color!
Bryar Blue is a unique color only to the 1972 Corvette, and only
1,617 were reported to be made. So we're glad to see the code 945
on the trim tag, and seeing this one wear its factory-correct color
with pride. It has the kind of tone that fits in with legendary
Corvette hues like Lemans Blue while still never getting lost in a
crowd. Part of this distinction comes from a quality respray only
about four years ago. But this car's history goes back much
further. The consignor purchased this car back in 1982, and it was
from his friend, the original buyer. So you have a two-owner car
that has been given a lifetime of respect thus far.
The lighter blue interior is a stylish color combo against the
special exterior blue, and so the factory-correct color package has
a nice harmony inside and out. Some of the interior was refreshed
around the same time the car was painted. There's even a later
added AM/FM digital tuner w/cassette. But what you'll love the best
about this car is the way it really speaks to your driver's heart.
There are high-back bucket seats, a tilt steering column, and full
gauges - including a large speedo and tach. And those T-tops are
perfect for putting some wind in your hair while listening to the
V8.
Under the hood is the numbers-matching 350 cubic-inch V8. This one
loves to fire up eagerly as it inhales deeply from the four-barrel
carburetor. While this is highly original, it also has been given
the right investments. You'll see it everywhere from the new gas
tank to the newer Flowmaster mufflers that give the exhaust a
terrific V8 tune. It's built to be enjoyed, and that's why you have
a fully independent suspension, power steering, and a strong but
smooth TH400 three-speed automatic transmission. And the four-wheel
power disc brakes were also recently serviced.
It is hard not to get excited about a special car that has received
special garage-kept care. So if you're looking for a Stingray of
distinction, you can't let this one slip away. Call now!
