A Bonafide future classic. Built from 1990 until 2001 the R129
generation Mercedes-Benz SL600 Roadster (R129) became known as the
most sought-after grand touring convertible of the 1990s. The SL600
featured a powerful, 48-valve V-12, producing 389HP. This
convertible was the perfect combination of power and comfort. The
SL600 produced 420 lbs- ft of torque peaking at 3,800 rpm. The
Mercedes famous 4G-Tronic four-speed automatic transmission shifts
smoothly. The Black paint is in excellent condition. The interior
trim, carpet, wood are all in fine shape. The SL600 featured
airbags for both front occupants. A matching hardtop is also
included. Built with state-of-the-art engineering, the SL600 was
one of the finest cars of the 1990s, particularly with the powerful
6.0-liter V-12 under the hood. This SL600 was an uncompromising
automobile, well ahead of its time. The 1995 Mercedes-Benz SL600,
reset the bar in the 1990's and remains a benchmark today. This
fine example has had only two owners. The first owner maintained
the car faithfully until he was 70 years old. It was purchased with
every available option. The window sticker pictured documents the
original price at well over $120K in 1995. The current owner was a
family friend and has enjoyed its stay with him, but it is time for
the next owner to appreciate its performance and beauty. Contact
