This spectacular 1972 DeTomaso Pantera is a fresh build now
available in the Maxmotive Pittsburgh Showroom. Sporting its
original 351 Ford Cleveland V8 engine and original ZF 5-speed
manual transmission, the car showcases numerous upgrades for extra
convenience and driveability. Right from the start, FiTech fuel
injection gets things moving and enhances performance and fuel
efficiency. The transmission was rebuilt using new synchros. A
striking first impression is made with a custom mix PPG exterior
paint based on Viper Green, but with more snap, sparkle, and pop.
Air Conditioning by Vintage Air and Wilwood 4-wheel power disc
brakes speak of the premium level of the build. But innovative
upgrades such as electric power steering with variable boost, and a
Tesla electric parking brake make the car truly stand out. It
stands out in appearance too. None other than Chip Foose built an
exclusive custom set of wheels, and the interior picks up on the
paint color with custom trim and stitching on the leather bucket
seats. More luxury extras such as a Bluetooth compatible sound
system complete with subwoofer and even a backup camera bring the
"liveability" of this Pantera up to modern driver's preferences --
an express goal of the builder. And for drivability, the all-new
powder-coated suspension with new bushings, rebuilt steering, and
adjustable coilovers keep you on track. This 1972 DeTomaso Pantera
