72' D200 Adventurer Sport. Second owner, in good running order.
Mostly restored from 2008-now. If it was worn out, I replaced or
fixed it. 314,000 miles, adding about 1000/year. Camper special,
factory front disk brakes, heavy duty suspension, and dual fuel
tanks(converted to cab tank only). 5.9L LA360 Edelbrock 4bbl and
2.25' true dual exhaust. 727 3-speed automatic transmission. (2wd)
Front end and steering is tight and was redone circa 2013. New
front springs and shocks all around (2016) Class 4 frame mounted
hitch and new rear bumper. Truck is rated to tow #7100. Seats and
cab reupholstered and soundproofed. Truck rewired with Painless
fuse box and relays in 2020. Includes tonneau cover and outdoor
storage cover. Vehicle records from 1972 and clean title. Original
paint. Has surface rust on roof and around top of wheel wells.
Floor pans have been treated with POR15 and are structurally sound.
I have the 5 missing exterior trim pieces, a new steering wheel,
and various other spare parts. Truck is in good running order and
can be driven long distance without concern. Problems: Several
minor drips from power steering pump and engine. New intake
manifold, valve covers, rear main, etc were installed in 2020 to
address these, which eliminated all leaks except power steering.
Loss is slow enough it has not required fluid to be refilled.
