Vehicle Description
We're often attracted to the 1978 Chevrolet Corvette because it's
the 25th anniversary year. But this example adds a ton of custom
style to historical significance. So check out the vibrant paint,
A/C interior, shining powerhouse, and more on this standout
coupe.
The color on this one looks terrific. It's a vibrant shade of
orange that was professionally applied only about a year ago. So
that means you get an excellent shine to show off the full body
kit. The high gloss finish seems like an ideal way to highlight
both the soft curves and sharp edges of the low front air dam,
flared rockers, and full-width rear spoiler. It's truly a sleek and
mean machine, and so much of the badging is deleted to make sure it
has a pure appearance. But if you look closely, you'll notice cool
touches, like the ghost flames coming from the fender vents. And as
wild as this example looks, it's not out of pace with the C3. The
ghost flames remind us that this car's color comes close to the
rare Flame Orange/Red color offered in the 1970s. It even keeps a
touch of the right traditional pieces, like the optional aluminum
wheels and the 25th anniversary badge on the gas flap. So you have
a full custom appearance with just the right touches of
history.
The Oyster White interior looks great against the exterior orange.
That's a good thing because the T-tops allow you to open up to the
world and let them all see this unbeatable color combo anytime you
want. This one comes loaded with factory features like power
windows, power locks, cruise control, and a three-speed automatic
transmission. Plus, there are well-integrated upgrades. The
wood-like trim now also incorporates a set of cup holders. The
stereo has a retro-style look, but it's a modern AM/FM/CD unit that
features USB and Bluetooth. And the air conditioning is now blowing
cold with modern R134a refrigerant. For the driver, you get a
comfortable leather-wrapped three-spoke steering wheel on a tilt
column. Beyond that is the large speedometer and tachometer in
front, and the C3 always features a full gauge package prominently
in the center of the dash.
Under the hood is a 350 cubic-inch V8 that has the tidy and
polished look of a motor you can show off. It's done correctly with
a four-barrel carburetor, upgraded intake, and cast Chevrolet valve
covers. There's even an aluminum radiator and separate trans
cooler. A Corvette is a terrific driver's car, and that is backed
up by the four-wheel power disc brakes and fully independent
suspension with fresher components. Plus, this one is even upgraded
with a newer rack & pinion power steering for a sharper feeling on
the road.
Complete with car cover, this coupe has history, comfort, and
absolute distinction. So it's a total package classic for those who
love being memorable. Call today!!!
