The Fairlane was assembled in San Jose on January 15, 1964.  It was shipped to Los Angeles.  . Original color was chantilly beige with a black vinyl top.  The second owner had it repainted with Dupont Yellow in 1979 and removed the vinyl top.  The 2nd owner had the car for 51 years. It was garage kept.  The original motor was a 260.  The 260 was replaced around the same time the car was repainted with a 289 in 1973.  The engine was machined in Youngstown, Ohio (have machine shop paperwork). Engine was bored 30 over and a cam installed.  The engine has a 351 timing chain cover and a 351 water pump installed on it..

The body is solid, one small dent spot with a dent repair by the rear bumper.  Trim and chrome are all original. Only rust found was the battery tray that was repaired and coated with black rust sealer.. Paintwork is good with a couple small chips.  Engine bay is clean. The neutral safety switch could adjusted or replaced.  Have a bunch or extra parts and books that will go with the car, The original 14" Sports Coupe wheels go with the car.

Car is drivable and runs well.  I am the 3rd owner (2 1/2 years) .  Reason I am selling the car is health related and I am downsizing.
