classic with this 1989 Dodge Shelby Dakota. This is one very rare
truck. In fact, this is number 1196 of just 1475 made (480 in white
and 995 in red). Until 1989, all Dodge Dakota engines were either 4
or 6 cylinders. Carroll Shelby decided to create a
limited-production performance version of the Dakota, with a 318 V8
and automatic transmission. This Shelby Dakota of ours runs and
drives great. It can go 0-60 in an estimated 8.7 seconds. It is in
beautiful condition, everywhere you look. The body is in excellent
shape. It has a fresh coat of white paint and new, factory correct
black Shelby decals. The original Shelby factory tag is still in
the hood. The interior is completely original and is mint! The dash
is in fantastic shape and has the original Shelby Dakota badge
(numbered 1196/1475). The headliner is clean and the carpet is
spotless. We even have the original Shelby carpet mats. The
original Shelby seat and door panel upholstery is very unique and
super cool. With only 1475 ever built, this is not a truck you see
every day, and especially in this type of condition. This is a very
cool, very limited-edition Dakota that belongs in every car show
and cruise in. As rare as it is, we don't expect it will last long,
so give us a call before this cool, classic ride cruises off the
