With its big V8, plenty of luxury features (including A/C), and an
attractive color theme, this 1964 Ford Thunderbird coupe has the
same level of premium appeal today as this classic did when it
premiered nearly 60 years ago.
These Thunderbirds had style from brightwork that could be measured
in acres. So it's great to see that this one is so clean and
complete. We love how the front bumper follows the contour of the
angular nose, and the rear one surrounds the wide taillights. Even
the details are correct, like all the large T-bird emblems you see
on the distinctive roof pillars and spanning the taillights. But
there are also the right upgrades to this coupe. The red paint is a
later professional application that gives this a good luster in the
sunlight. And the billet-style grille and 17-inch American Racing
wheels give an added touch of sportiness within the brightwork. It
all makes this a bolder cruiser without taking away the ideal
vintage attitude.
The interior is a business-like black as this Thunderbird
demonstrates what personal luxury really means. It starts with
everyone getting their own individual bucket seat. And while the
passengers get separate comfort, the full package clearly makes you
the king of this T-bird. A center console was artfully integrated
into the driver-oriented cockpit. Using a bold wood finish. It has
a great classic look with aircraft-inspired switches and dials. And
there are well-integrated upgrades that make this a great modern
driver. That's why you have a retro-style AM/FM digital tuner
w/cassette and the factory sliders are your gateway to R134a air
conditioning.
The 390 cubic-inch V8 was a great pairing with the T-bird. This big
V8 looks great in the engine bay with its golden air grabber and
matching Thunderbird valve covers. And white this tidy setup looks
quite stick, it also has the right well-placed upgraded for a
proper cruiser. This includes an Optima red top battery and an
Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor. The three-speed automatic
transmission, power steering, and power brakes make it a great
cruiser. Plus, the upgraded wheels mean that you get to fit grippy
modern tries.
This is the sharp classic T-bird with all the right features to be
your favorite cruiser. Call today!!!
