With plenty of custom style, a fuel-injected V8, an overdrive
transmission, a custom/comfy interior, and a ton of amenities, this
1994 Chevrolet Suburban is that ideal all-around road trip
machine.
Unique Conversions UCI was one of a handful of conversion companies
that for a brief period would make some custom trucks, and for a
lucky few, custom Suburbans. This Chevy certainly lives up to the
Unique Conversions name just by the color package you see. The blue
paint has streaks of a darker blue. It not only has a tasteful
style, but this color theme does a great job of incorporating the
full body kit. The way this flares the fenders and integrates
running boards gives you the cool look of a conversion van but with
the beefy lines of a Suburban. This is all believed to be part of
the stock UCI Outrider package, and it continues to look so good
today because this is believed to be a two-owner vehicle. Wide
five-spoke ARE wheels, window rain guards, a luggage rack, and
bright chrome bumpers complete this very attractive total
package.
Just like a conversion van, this UCI Outrider takes a loaded Chevy
and upgrades it further. That means great features like power
windows, power locks, keyless entry/alarm, cup holders, an AM/FM
stereo w/cassette, and cold-blowing R134a air conditioning with
separate rear controls. The UCI upgrade includes plenty of tasteful
wood upgrades, overhead consoles, and two rows with the cushiest
captain's chairs around. And yes, there still is the classic rear
TV and VCR setup (today that custom cabinet could be a great place
to store your iPads.) And the driver's seat is a true command
position. Its power adjusts for comfort. And you have a custom cup
holder center console, a tilt steering column, and a full gauge
package. And more than just carrying people, a good Suburban is a
great hauler. The barn doors of the rear swing wide to swallow big
cargo. And the proper trailer hitch on the rear makes this an ideal
ride to tow the toys.
Under the hood is the correct 350 cubic-inch fuel-injected V8. You
can also tell from the engine bay just how clean and well
maintained this Suburban has been all its life. So while this is an
actual mileage vehicle, the motor has the hardy and strong nature
you expect from a small block Chevy. Regardless if it's a grocery
run or a cross-country trip, you'll appreciate features like the
power steering, front disc brakes, cruise control, and four-speed
automatic transmission w/overdrive.
Complete with owner's manual, this custom Suburban is bold on the
outside, luxurious on the inside, and useful all-around. Call
