This 1964 Chevrolet C20 has the allure of an extra-duty 3/4-ton
truck. And it utilizes its extra size to show off a full custom

on the lower body that looks like tall grass blowing in the breeze.

upgrades added in. After all, the steel door panels, steel dash,

added comfort and a great two-tone flair. And this was built with
driver comfort in mind with a Lecarra sports steering wheel, a tilt
column, and a full set of crisp dolphin gauges.
Under the hood is a 350 cubic-inch V8. Not only is this larger than
any of the small blocks available in 1964, but also this has been
upgraded further with an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetors, Summit
intake, and headers feeding into the side-exit exhaust. There are
also nice extras, like an aluminum radiator and a custom shroud to
help keep this pickup running cool. It's a strong-running motor,
and that contributes to an overall fine driver. That's because you
have a three-speed automatic transmission, power brakes, front
discs, and the extra-duty 8-lug wheels have wide modern tires,
