1974 Eldorado Convertible. Starts easily every time. Runs/drives
wonderfully---------still floats down the road like only a Cadillac
can. The color is an amazing color Dynasty red, but can use some
paintwork on the right quarter (see the 'old damage notes) As a
clue to this cars care, the dash is not split, the door trim panels
are not worn/broken. The steering wheel has a small piece of
woodgrain trim that has come loose, so the owner put the cheesey
'fuzzy' steering wheel cover on it. The Owner is a fussy Realtor
and has about 40 cars in his collection. This Cadillac has been fun
to own to take clients out in, but now has a few needs. Save
it-----------you'll have one really classy car when you do. A very
worthy car for the necessary repairs needed 1: 3 or 4 of the
plastic bumper fillers are split/broken. 2: The parade boot was
blown off the car on a windy day and scratched up the 2pcs of the
parade boot and need to be repainted. At the same time the LEFT
side parade boot cover landed on the RIGHT side quarter scratching
up the paint. 3: The Convertible top scissor mechanism works great
on the motor, but there is a 'pin' missing from the center scissor
area of the top hardware that needs to be replaced. Owner is not
sure how/when it came out but has not found it IN the car. As a
result, when the top was put 'up' the hardware sliced a hole in the
left side of the top so it needed a new conv soft top. 4: Finally,
the left exhaust manifold has a broken bolt. When the car is
started, it rattles until it warms up. That sounds like a lot but
this is an otherwise really nice car worthy of saving. Please Note
