This 1978 Corvette was partially restored in 2020 and a binder of
receipts documenting restoration parts and labor is furnished with
the car. The owner states that the coupe is a 25th Anniversary
Edition Corvette. This option is basically the B2Z Black/Silver
paint scheme, but the factory paint on this car has been refinished
in Gray and Silver metalflake. The Corvette does have 15" alloy
wheels and dual sport mirrors that were required with the
Anniversary Edition. (We do not have a data plate or build sheet to
confirm the original options.) The interior was reupholstered in
new red leather and door cards, carpeting and dash-pad present
well. This coupe is equipped with tilt-wheel, power tinted windows,
power seats/locks, T-tops and aftermarket AM/FM/CD stereo. Gauges
work except for the tach. The VIN indicates that the car was
originally equipped with the base L-48 (L-code) motor. The
small-block is said to have been rebuilt and is fitted with an
aluminum dual-plane intake manifold and tube headers to
free-flowing exhaust. A GM TH350 automatic transmission is backed
by a posi-traction differential with stock gearing. The chassis
supports power steering, power brakes w/4-piston calipers, coil
spring front suspension and transverse leaf spring rear suspension.
This Corvette will make someone a nice driver. ALL VEHICLES SOLD
