This 1975 Cadillac Coupe de Ville was sold new by Hanley Dawson Cadillac of Chicago, Illinois and is finished in Lido Green Metallic with a padded white vinyl top over a Jasper green plaid interior. Power comes from a 500ci V8 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission, and features include 15? wheels with Cadillac-crest covers, power brakes with front discs, power steering, a powered front seat, power windows, air conditioning, cruise control, Twilight Sentinel, and an AM/FM radio with an eight-track player. The current owner acquired the car out of Illinois in 2014 and has since changed the fluids, recored the radiator, recharged the air conditioning, turned the rear brake rotors, and replaced the rear wheel cylinders, front and rear brake hoses, front shocks, spark plugs, starter, and muffler. Now showing 7,500 miles, this Coupe de Ville is offered on dealership consignment with a set of removed tires, manufacturer’s literature, its window sticker, partial service records, and a clean California title.
The car was delivered new in Lido Green Metallic (30) with an optional padded vinyl roof and door-edge guards. The right-side headlight assembly was resecured with a custom bracket in November 2019, and the paintwork and exterior trim are shown up close in the photo gallery below.
15? wheels wear covers with colored Cadillac crests and were mounted with 235/75 American Classic whitewall tires in 2015. The dual-reservoir power-braking system utilizes discs up front, and power steering also came standard. The brake master cylinder, brake hoses, rear wheel cylinders, and shoes were replaced in 2015, at which time the drums were turned. The brake system was flushed and the front shocks were later replaced in 2017.
The Jasper green interior (44M) features plaid cloth upholstery on the seating surfaces, while the green carpeting received carpeted rubber mats from the factory. Woodgrain trim accents the cabin, and a receipt from Mack Cadillac of Mount Prospect, Illinois indicates that cruise control and a Twilight Sentinel automatic light-control unit were installed in November 1976. Other amenities include air conditioning, a powered front bench seat, power locks, power windows, a power-adjustable mirror on the passenger side, and an AM/FM radio with an eight-track player. The R12 air-conditioning system was recharged in 2015, and the clock is inoperable.
A three-spoke steering wheel sits ahead of instrumentation that consists of a horizontal 100-mph speedometer and a five-digit odometer. The odometer shows approximately 7,500 miles, some 3,500 of which have been added by the current owner since 2014.

The window sticker details selected factory options along with a total retail price of $9,141. Sales paperwork from November 1976 indicates that the car was sold for $6,525 and had approximately 3k miles on the odometer.
