1961 GMC 1/2 ton Stepside Short Box Pickup Street Rod finished in
two-tone sand and wine paint. Paint is in good shape and has a nice
shine to it; has been touched up in the front where necessary.
Chrome and brightwork in good shape as well. Powered by the 5.3L V8
that is paired with a 4L60E automatic transmission with overdrive.
This also comes nicely equipped with power steering, power brakes,
aluminum radiator, front disc brakes, and A/C. A/C BLOWS COLD!
Cloth and vinyl bench seat with tilt column and shifter on the
column. New oak and stainless inlays added in the bed, great shape.
This car has a salvage Minnesota title because it went from
originally from Texas to Oklahoma. When it was purchased in
Oklahoma it did not have a title, and has since had a title issued
- reconstructed title. Frenched in power antenna added by the
driver's door, antenna will only go up/down when radio is powered
on. Gas fill has been moved to the driver's rear fender. Flowmaster
dual exhaust and Ford 9" rear end with 3:31 gears were added as
well. Aftermarket touch screen stereo was installed in the dash as
well as A/C under the dash. Stereo is functional and comes with
remote. Modern white-face gauges were added to the dash, gauges are
functioning. Wipers are inop. Great sounding GMC!
