Vehicle Description
A sleek style, two-tone paint, V8 power, and plenty of custom
details (including an A/C interior) all tell you that this 1952
Chevrolet Styleline is a fun custom build. So dig into the details
on a very cool Chevy cruiser.
This makes a great first impression because these coupes have a
long hood and a long trunk profile that looks both sporty and
premium. The trim has been expertly deleted in most places to give
this a smoother style. The one place you still have it is at the
base of the roofline, and that makes for a clear dividing line for
the two-tone black and metallic silver. And another reason to
delete the trim is to draw added attention to the custom details,
like the color-matched grille, frenched headlights with crystal
clear lamps, shaved door handles, and frenched taillights. And
while there isn't much brightwork on the body, it is used to show
off the Billet Specialties wheels, ribbed bumpers, and faux lake
pipes. The result is a terrific classic with its own attitude
toward custom style.
Pop the remote door openers on the key fob to reveal a well-done
interior. This is a full custom set up but done in the right
classic way. For example, there has been a solid investment in the
gray velour to look fresh and feel comfy, but you still get a
vintage button-top presentation on the seatbacks. Tinted windows, a
movable center console, and air conditioning all add comfort. And
this is a true driver's classic with an upgraded steering wheel on
a tilt column, B&M floor shifter, and upgraded Stewart Warner
gauges added to the dash.
This Chevy was born just before the small block era, but they now
fit so nicely under the hood. It's a 350 cubic-inch V8 that has
been enhanced with an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor, Edelbrock
intake, MSD distributor, and a set of headers that add power as
they feed the rumbling dual exhaust. This one is also meant to be a
reliable cruiser, too. That's why it fires up easily and runs with
gusto. Plus, there's an upgraded independent front end and a
Positraction rear. Add in power steering, power brakes w/discs up
front, and a three-speed automatic transmission and this is quite a
nice anytime driving machine.
This is the classic Chevy that really has all the best upgrades for
a true driver's classic. So if you want to look sleekly distinctive
without giving up the comfort, call today!
