Completed at the Newport Pagnell works in November of 1977, this V8
Coupe has seen just one AMOC member collector owner from new. It
has remained in exceptional condition and always well maintained
and cared for regardless of use.
On a recent road test, this V8 performs excellent with ample
horsepower and torque and shifts well with its Automatic gearbox.
It is complete with its original owner's manual, jack, tools and
large service history file. This V8 Coupe has always been
maintained and serviced when and where needed with the best
intentions to keep it in excellent condition throughout.
Certain a rare find in today's Aston world, this V8 is in time
capsule condition, superb in every way and it is indeed ready for
immediate use and enjoyment.
May 17, 2022...We are happy to report we have been using and
enjoying this V8 Coupe on this years New England 1000. We are on
the third day, we are in Vermont, we have driven the Team Autosport
Designs automobiles (1967 Aston DB6, 1978 Aston V8 Coupe, 1979
Aston V8 Vantage Fliptail, 1980 Aston V8 Volante, 1968 Maserati
Ghibli Coupe) approximately 800 flawless and enjoyable miles thus
far. Three more days until we return home and another 800 miles of
wonderful fun and camaraderie for all!
