Well known to Autosport Designs for many years, serviced and sold
by us in the past, this 365 GT 2+2 has always been owned, cared for
and serviced regardless of use by all previous owners.
Previously in longer term ownership, serviced and cared for by
well-known and respected Ferrari specialist Francois Sicard it was
purchased by Autosport Designs, Inc. in November 2007 from its
long-term Connecticut, collector ownership. It was sold almost
immediately to a good client of ours in Pennsylvania, also a
well-known and respected collector. While in its Pennsylvania
ownership it was serviced by both Autosport Designs, Inc. as well
as well-known and respected specialists Vintage Motorsports of
Malverne, PA. It was kept in the PA collection until June 2015 when
trade to Autosport Designs, Inc. towards Lamborghini from our
inventory.
Subsequently and again almost immediately, this 365 GT 2+2 was sold
to another prominent collector here in New York and enjoyed on the
East End of Long Island. Throughout the past ten years, this 365 GT
2+2 has had well over $100,000 spent on cosmetic and mechanical
restoration. All receipts are available.
This is a rare opportunity to purchase what is one of the best
driving and performing four-seater Ferraris of all time. In our
estimation, this is quite a bit of Ferrari performance and comfort
for the money. One of the best of its kind, this 365 GT 2+2
includes its original factory tools, tool roll and factory jack and
a copy of the owner's manual. It is exceptional both mechanically
and cosmetically with everything working properly and is ready for
immediate grand touring enjoyment.
