Restored 1969 Ford F250 Highboy! Beautiful Truck!!
This 1969 Ford F250 Highboy is a beautiful truck! The last owner was from Oklahoma and I was told that before that it was a Texas Truck. It went through a total frame-off restoration a couple of years ago and everything was rebuilt or replaced with new. This definitely appears to be a thoughtful and well-done restoration and I have the receipts for some of the mechanical work (not much) and have a $19,000 Receipt for the Cosmetic work. The body on this truck is excellent, and as stated previously, we have $19,000 worth of receipts for the paint, body, and interior. There is no rust, the body is straight, and the paint is beautiful!!! They added a spray-in bed liner and the rhino lined the inside of the cab with color matching liner. The very high-quality paint job and the truck was disassembled when they did the paint and it also has new gaskets and seals. The interior was also restored and inside the cab was painted to match the exterior. The interior was done to look original and is super nice and clean. All gauges are working as well as lights, wipers, blinkers, etc.
The engine is a V8 and it has great power and runs like a top. It starts easily and has no red flags. They added a new Holley carb, Aluminum Valve Covers, new starter, new alternator, basically replaced or rebuilt everything. Power Brakes have all been gone through and it stops straight and easy. It is a 4 Speed manual transmission with a Dana 24 Transfer Case. The truck runs and drives really nice down the road.
