The body on the Caprice is totally solid and rust free as any
lifelong AZ car should be, and it saw very little sun so it looks
new! The car has always been well cared for and garaged. The
factory GM Bright White paint is all original and the body shows no
signs of foul play or previous repair. The original wheels are in
great shape with little to no wear and are wrapped in Michelin
radials with lots of tread remaining.
The interior is in great shape all around. The windshield is in
very nice condition and the glass is chip free. The Medium Beige
cloth seats are all in very good shape and power functions works.
All dials and controls function as they should and are illuminated
at night. The sound system is original and remains crystal clear.
Carpets are all perfect with very few signs of wear or usage. The
second row of the truck will come with its all weather mat. We just
had 2 of the window motors replaced- a very common issue with the
bubble tops.
Mechanically, this Caprice runs GREAT! It starts right up and
shifts great. The 4.3L V8 engine has never been neglected and runs
like a top. Every mechanical system on this car was gone through
and the water pump was replaced along with accessory belts and an
oil service. The engine compartment was fully detailed to show
condition- and it didnt need much cleaning! The Caprice is tight as
a drum and doesn't leak a drop of anything. Everything under the
hood is in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition and quality
parts are used throughout.
All in all, this is one of the cleanest and well put preserved
Caprice's that I have had the privilege of being associated with.
It has been professionally maintained and truly loved by its
previous owner. This is a fantastic example and will be the envy of
